Harbourside Transportation Consultants (HTC) was retained to complete a review of the available options for stand-by parking on the HIAA property and to develop a solution to provide the number of required spaces.

In 2016, the Prince Edward Island Government requested funding from Ottawa to redirect the Trans-Canada Highway around the town of Cornwall.  In the span of just 4 years (2009 to 2013), the area saw 159 collisions (none of them fatal). In 2015, Harbourside Transportation Consultants was hired to provide the consulting design services to assist with the creation of three multi-lane roundabouts. These were to be constructed in the Galway development in St. John’s. HTC’s scope of work as transportation engineers was for preliminary and detailed design of the three roundabouts and the roadway between roundabouts ‘A’ and ‘B’.

The CLC proposed development included approximately 3,000 residential dwelling units and 145,000 sq. Ft. of neighbourhood type commercial space.
