Harbourside Engineering is currently hiring co-op students for the fall term at our Ontario office in Stoney Creek. This is your chance to learn from an award-winning engineering team, and get first and experience in the world of engineering consulting work.

What to Expect as a Co-Op Student

Hands-On Mentorship

We’re know for the hands-on mentorship we provide to co-op students and junior engineers. When you join our team, you’ll hit the ground running. You’ll be working on actual projects alongside senior staff to solve real-world problems. We design engineering solutions to challenges that other firms just can’t tackle. You’ll learn how to approach projects with a solutions-focused mindset, knowing you have a team behind you that you can rely on for support!

Learning and Improvement

School was just the beginning. You’ll be learning on a whole new level as we teach you practical solutions, and efficient design. You won’t be perfect, and it won’t always be easy, but that’s okay! Your job is to learn by doing.
