Harbourside Project Management takes a proactive role in managing your construction and engineering projects. As engineers and industry professionals, we pride ourselves on being a hands-on type of practice. We know what it takes to complete a project well, because we’ve worked on both sides of the desk! Before founding HPM, much of our team came from the ranks of Harbourside Engineering Consultants. We take that legacy of quality and attention to detail very seriously.

Value Engineering:

For certain projects, Harbourside can provide the technical review of consultant documents. This type of review is conducted by an independent team of highly experienced engineering professionals. By providing our clients with a third-party review, we can identify red flags as they crop up. Potential errors get discovered, and constructability issues get resolved. Areas that may reduce cost can also be identified. The team can then aid in modifying the document as required to reduce potential claims or change orders. This can even minimize bid results. All in all, we keep the project rolling as efficiently, and cost effectively as possible.
