This is a remote position based in Nova Scotia, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. We’re looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in electrical systems, budgeting, and team coordination to support our growing, multi-disciplinary operations.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager/ Estimator to join our Harbourside Industrial Group. This role focuses on cost estimation and contract execution, playing a key part in supporting client-assigned contracts and ensuring project success.
The Harbourside Group of Companies, comprised of Harbourside Engineering Consultants, Harbourside Transportation Consultants, Harbourside Geotechnical Consultants, Harbourside Project Management, Harbourside Industrial Group, and W.S. Langley Concrete & Materials Technology.
With offices in Dartmouth (NS), Charlottetown (PEI), St. John’s (NL), and Stoney Creek (ON), we are one of the fastest-growing and highly respected engineering firms in Atlantic Canada.
This is a remote position based in Nova Scotia, with occasional travel to project sites as required. We’re looking for a motivated professional to support our expanding, multi-disciplinary operations.
Job Title: Project Manager – Estimation & Contract Support

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading and managing project estimation efforts for industrial and infrastructure contracts.
Supporting the execution and administration of contracts assigned by clients.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
Conducting site visits as required to support project planning and execution.
Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

3-5+ years of project management experience.
Experience in industrial projects (CAPEX/OPEX) is preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management and estimation software tools.
PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed
