Back in July, we sat down with Nishtha Shah to discuss her co-op at Harbourside. She discusses the high level of mentorship and support that Harbourside provides, in addition to the level of learning and experience she has received during her 13 months with us.

We had the chance to interview Aaron about his time in co-op with our Geotechnical engineering division here at Harbourside. He and Kenneth are both in their fourth year of civil engineering at Dalhousie University. Here we get a chance to talk about what working in the lab has been like for Aaron, as well as his first foray into the field in Cape Breton.

We have another interview with one of our co-op students. This time, from the geotechnical division! Brady Chipman recounts his time at Harbourside, and how he was able to apply his skills and learn from the team!

Nishtha is a 4th year engineering student with us here at Harbourside. Her co-op is an 8th month term, and she’s already hoping for an extension!

Dalhousie — That structural team, engaged by Argyle Developments, includes BMR Structural Engineering, Cherubini Metal Works, Harbourside Engineering and LEAD Structural Formwork. All have been working in close collaboration, navigating a project that is constantly undergoing design changes to address space and construction constraints.
