ESL Lab’s Medium Weight Shock Machine Tests the Limits

Congratulations to the Harbourside Project Management team, for their work on the ESL Medium Weight Shock Machine. This project was recently featured in Engineer’s Nova Scotia magazine, Volume 38.

Project management was undertaken by Harbourside, ensuring the many moving pieces stayed on track. Different firms were brought together to tackle various aspects of development. The drawing package was completed by Stantec, while Castone Construction Ltd handled the concrete assembly, and MacGregors Industrial Group manufactured and assembled the components.

The completion of this project is a testament to engineering talent present here in Atlantic Canada. Mike Gallagher was Harbourside’s contribution of talent. He acting as project manager, and spearhead throughout development. His grasp of multiple different disciplines, and supply chains was a key factor in delivering this project successfully.
